They say every time something ends something new begins. So here it is. A new beginning. A new blog. Why do I call this blog Pantless Society? Why not? It’s attention grabbing. It says what it means. To me, being pantless means being vulnerable. To write a blog and lay it out there for all the world to read is giving a piece of yourself to the world. What I’ve decided to give the world is little bit of my superpower, as my friend Nicole at IQ Design, would like to say. I will share fashion finds, sales and sprinkles of my life.
I’ve spent many years in the fashion industry where everything was made to look glamorous. I started right out of college and was thrown into a dream job. I was an intern with zero experience (so glam), but I had a job with perks (unlimited RedBull and free clothes) and worked my way up to an assistant designer. The truth, I was 22, sitting at a desk in the hallway, earning 25K a year and living in a very expensive city. Luckily, I had some financial help, but I had to learn how to survive on my own. Through the years I’ve learned how to stretch my wallet, enabling me to afford the essentials as well as a few luxuries. And now, it’s time to share.
Follow me on my day to day journey while I navigate how to be a mom, stalk the sales and be the best version of me.
xoxo
